DETAILED REFUND & RETURN POLICY

SECTION 1 - GENERAL RETURN CONDITIONS To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

SECTION 2 - CATEGORY-SPECIFIC RESTRICTIONS

  • Supplements & Wellness: For safety reasons, these are strictly non-returnable once the outer or inner induction seal is broken. No exceptions will be made.

  • Beauty & Skincare: Due to hygiene standards, any product that has been opened or the pump primed is considered used and ineligible for return.

  • Apparel & Fashion: Clothing must show no signs of wear, perfume scents, makeup stains, or pet hair. All original brand tags must be attached.

  • Footwear: Shoes must be tried on carpeted surfaces. They must be returned in the original branded shoe box, which must be protected by an outer shipping box.

  • Final Sale Items: Items marked as "Sale" or "Clearance," as well as intimate apparel (lingerie, swimwear), are Final Sale and cannot be returned.

SECTION 3 - RESTOCKING FEES & SHIPPING Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount for all apparel and footwear returns to cover the labor cost of inspection and re-inventory.
