📦 SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Q: Where do you ship to?
A: We proudly offer complimentary standard shipping across all of North America, strictly serving the United States, Canada, and Mexico.
Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: Because we source premium pieces from global partners, please allow 1 to 3 business days for our fulfillment centers to meticulously prepare your order. Once dispatched, estimated transit times are:

Q: How can I track my package?
A: As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor its journey. Please allow 24-48 hours for the carrier's system to update.
Q: Will I have to pay customs duties or import taxes?
A: For clients in the United States, there are no customs duties. For clients in Canada and Mexico, any customs fees, import taxes, or tariffs levied by your local government are the responsibility of the customer upon delivery.

A: We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order. To be eligible, items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached and in their original packaging.
