SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

SECTION 1 - PROCESSING TIMES All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.

SECTION 2 - INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (Canada & Mexico) Donna Cuore LLC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

SECTION 3 - RISK OF LOSS & PORCH PIRACY All purchases are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Donna Cuore LLC is not responsible for packages stolen after a confirmed "Delivered" status by the carrier.
