- Sculpt: hold the tool almost flat against your skin and move slowly — always upward and outward: neck from collarbone to jaw, jaw from chin to ear, cheeks from nose to temple, forehead from brows to hairline. 3–5 slow passes per area, no pressure.
- Rest: finish at the temples with a soft hold, rinse the tool, and carry on with your day.
