RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Donna Cuore Italia, we are committed to providing you with an exceptional shopping experience and premium quality products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

SECTION 1 - RETURN WINDOW & GENERAL CONDITIONS We offer a 30 day return policy. To be eligible for a return, your item must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be accepted, your item must be in the exact same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, unwashed, with all original brand tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

SECTION 2 - CATEGORY-SPECIFIC RESTRICTIONS To maintain our strict health, safety, and quality standards, the following conditions apply:

  • Supplements & Wellness: For safety reasons, these are strictly non-returnable once the outer or inner induction seal is broken. No exceptions will be made.

  • Beauty & Skincare: Due to hygiene standards, any product that has been opened, unsealed, or the pump primed is considered used and ineligible for return.

  • Apparel & Fashion: Clothing must show no signs of wear, alteration, perfume scents, makeup stains, or pet hair.

  • Footwear: Shoes must be tried on carpeted surfaces only to protect the soles. They must be returned in the undamaged original branded shoe box, which must be protected by an outer shipping box.

  • Final Sale Items: Items marked as "Sale" or "Clearance," gift cards, and intimate apparel (such as lingerie and swimwear) are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

SECTION 3 - DAMAGES AND ISSUES Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at support@donnacuore.com with photographic evidence so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

SECTION 4 - RETURN PROCESS & SHIPPING To initiate a return, please contact our Concierge Team at support@donnacuore.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Restocking Fee: To cover the labor cost of inspection and re-inventory while maintaining our high standards, a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount for all apparel and footwear returns.

SECTION 5 - REFUNDS We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within  5 to 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
